Very clean and well maintained property Restaurant was excellent. Did not use any of the spa facilities as we were there for a wedding and basically needed a place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As this property is out in the countryside there was nothing in the immediate area without driving into town. I would assume that people booking this property are there for the spa facilities. It is not located near any major transportation routes.

Very nice property, well maintained, we had the best room on water overlooking an island, even at storm we felt safe, its well built from steel. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, variety of choices, everything fresh and delicious. Staff very polite, friendly, helpful! Dinners at on side restaurant were really good! Will be definitely back next time. If you want peace and relaxation this is a great choice on the beautiful lake.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pałac Polanka! It was a very peaceful and enjoyable time.

Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was outstanding, great breakfast, but those dinners - great....and exceptionally reasonable. Locals were eating there, not just guests and hours were great. Location is central.

Heron Live Hotel sits on a lake and the setting alone is worth the trip. The view from the property is beautiful at any hour, and the building makes the most of it. The hotel is new and it is kept that way. Rooms, corridors and public areas were all clean and well looked after. Nothing felt tired or half finished. The spa was fantastic. FRIENDLY SERVICE,clean hotel. No elevator, refrigerator, cleaning or coffee/tea service. GOOD food in restaurant and for breakfast. Limited English speaking. Probably very good for area.

Excellent hotel, great service.

We stayed at Hotel Kasztel because we were approaching Krakow from the east and it looked rather unique. The decor is definitely original! Everything was new, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and served a great buffet breakfast. Only regret was that the drive into Krakow took longer than we had expected.

Excellent facilities. The from desk and the spa staff is very good and knowledgeable . The restaurant food is good but the waiters are not properly attired and do not speak English which is surprising in Poland , especially in a 4 star facilities

Reviews for this hotel vary, so I was not sure what to expect from the hotel. In the end, we were VERY pleased with our stay in Tarnovia hotel, and I would stay here again. Yes, this is a soviet building, but masterly renovated to the modern standards. For a 3-stars hotel the facilities are very good and comfortable.
