"Room shower was cracked and missing parts . Floor was cracked . Door didn’t seal correctly. Have to use translator apps to communicate with staff about major issues . Pool was closed due to out of season , that’s no one’s fault . Breakfast is available for those who drink expired milk and cereal. Walked into breakfast area both mornings less than an hour into breakfast time and they were out of everything except the expired milk and raisin brand. Tried to talk to staff about the expired milk and they shrug shoulders. Parking was lit and no one messed with the car so that’s good "

"This hotel is very nice. We had a king double room. Very large, well equipped and in good repair. Only slight mark down is for the construction (painting) that was going on. I would stay here again a without doubt. Great stop for two nights while watching a concert in Knoxville. Staff were excellent and friendly. "
