Very clean and tidy. Good value and parking. Front desk person in a.m. could have been a bit more personable. Breakfast as advertised but could minimize the use of plastic silverware and strofoam.

The property is close to the highway JMU and to Buc-ee’s!!!!!it’s clean and roomy at a good price.

We loved the hotel. Our room was great. Perfect example of a business updating their property to be modern. Our room was nice and had all the nice touches from a keurig, to a pad charger for the cell phone. Would stay again and recommend it.

This hotel is within walking distance to the train depot in Elkins for an overnight stay after a trip to the North Pole on the Polar Express.

A very nice B&B to stay at. Great property and staff. Only gripe would be non-functional internet (very poor WiFi signal in the room we were in) - which needs to be fixed.

Very nice stay. We took advantage of the free breakfast that was actually pretty good. They had bagels (plain, raisin, and blueberry) butter and cream cheese (and the toaster oven had a bagel setting that toasted them perfectly), apple cinnamon muffins, instant oatmeal (3 different varieties), juice (apple, orange, cranberry), coffee and creamer, cereal (raisin bran, cheerios, and frosted flakes) and milk to choose from. We loved it! Clean cabin with just what we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway. Very romantic (if you make it) with exactly what is needed to reconnect with nature and a city escape. We will be visiting again. ❤️

The remodeled Victorian house was brought completely up to modern standards.

Very Clean room, super nice front desk, convenient location, gas station, and a store just cross street. The inn is also very close to the ski area at timberline and Canaan Valley state park.

This place is gorgeous! Very clean, looks newly remodeled. The free breakfast buffet was awesome; lots of healthy choices!

Beautiful Area & choices to eat at!

My husband and I stayed for the whole week for a short vacation. Went to Snowshoe for 3 days. Our room was very spacious, very clean, and the bathroom is very roomy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast is wonderful! They kept the food filled up and the waffle maker is the best! Coffee always ready and taste fresh. The people are very helpful and friendly. I would love to come back and stay there again. Close to restaurants, shopping and the crowd is in my liking.

We loved it at the Isaac Jackson Hotel. We felt so "welcome" from the time we walked in the door. I don't believe we've ever met such friendly, "happy", and efficient staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We found our room "just as pictured" on the website. It was quiet and the bed so comfortable. The Bath & Body toiletries were really an extra special touch. As well as the two chocolates treats on the desk. We lacked for nothing during our two day/two night stay. The breakfast...

Great quality for the price. Clean beds and bathroom. Shower curtain was fresh! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was surprised that it was as nice as it is. It was a pleasant surprise.
