"Lo malo: cuartos demasiado pequeños, televisor que no funcionaba el control remoto apesar de averlo reportado 2 veces no funcionó. La ubicación está en centro donde gente indigente y vagos con patinetas y música se amanecen y hacen ruido. Lamentablemente no puedo encontrar puntos a favor."

"Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town"

"There is no place like the Santa Maria. The history is very impactful and the ground are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hike up to the basaltico in the evening was stunning. We started mid-werk in February and things were pretty quiet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but not great. The guac was the highlight. The hamburger was a strange interpretation of a burger. We stayed in the newer rooms and it was quiet and clean. The wifi actually worked better than expected. We watched the Mask of Zorro that night so we could see the property in the movies. Although they added extra blankets to the bed, there was no heat and it was a little cold in our room. My only suggestion would be to add portable space heaters to the rooms for the off season. "

"A well maintained hotel with easy access to everything. That said, the room had some issues: the sheets hadn’t been changed when I arrived (there were several hairs and some dirt under the covers), the room had no fridge, tissues, or drawers. AC was okay but didn’t put much out. Decent hotel but not worth the price paid. "

"El Staff completo es muy amable y atento. Las Habitaciones son de Lujo, así como el Hotel; todo muy limpio. Cuenta con Casino, que es muy variado y con lindas maquinas. También tiene Tiendas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo."
