This hotel did not meet our expectations, they exceeded them!! It was perfect … from the friendly greeting and introduction to Rockport at the front desk to all the details in the room that made it perfect for an anniversary weekend getaway. Some of our favorite restaurants and gift shop were just a short stroll from the hotel. No need to hop back in the car after a long drive earlier in the day. I like the open and the rooms was very roomy. I did not like the riom have an lingering pet odor.

The location of the hotel was across the street from the harbor. You were located right in the center of action. I enjoyed the fact you could walk across the street and fish right off the pier. Take your morning walk on the street right next to the water. And the grounds were so inviting with the trees and picnic tables just outside the door to your room. There was a place to eat across the street and next door was the gift shop. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We usually stay at the La Quinta but this hotel was offering a competitive price and we figured since it was brand new we would give it a try. This hotel was very nice and very clean. My only complaint is the bed was hard but I am also used to sleeping on a memory foam so I cant complain to much. House keeping was wonderful and they even picked up and organized my things which were thrown all over the room from us getting ready that morning. Stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable and clean. Pool was very nice too! Breakfast was very good with eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the normal continental breakfast items along with a very sweet and happy breakfast attendant. We have no complaints about our stay and will be returning.

I am a very picky person when it comes to my hotel rooms, but also reasonable. I found the lobby area to be clean and no odor, like other reviewers reported. The staff was exceptional and responsive in every aspect. My room, linens, and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Since I had remote work to complete as well, this made all the difference. Next time I am in Beeville, this will be my go to.

Wow! This cottage rental has beyond exceeded our expectations. Our room was extremely clean and looked like it had been taken straight from a magazine. We were very happy with our experience. Great job Oasis Resort!

I mainly chose this property due to the high rating from previous customers plus a very competitive rate. When we arrived at the location we were greeted by Vanessa at the front desk who made us feel very welcome right away and gave us first class service. I would stay here again! Everything I encountered at this hotel was clean, in good repair, and the staff were kind, and helpful.

Very kind of and down to earth. I love their garden with fresh okra, eggplant, and hot chili peppers. I got to enjoy barbecuing the most delicious ribeye steak in there. Nice barbecue pits overlooking the pool. The family that owns the property lives on the top of me and they keep an eye on everything so I felt very secure and safe.

My family loved it! The pool heater wasn’t working which was a bummer but they let us go into the pool in the hotel next door so that made up for it.

The staff were super friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a late check in and the staff was very patient with us. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will stay again if in the area.
