"The room comfortable and clean, parking easy, breakfast good"

"Extremely clean. Extremely quiet. Not the most comfortable bed but an excellent stay for the money. Pool and outdoor area looked really nice, but it was getting too cold to sit outside so I didn't investigate further."

"Room shower was cracked and missing parts . Floor was cracked . Door didn’t seal correctly. Have to use translator apps to communicate with staff about major issues . Pool was closed due to out of season , that’s no one’s fault . Breakfast is available for those who drink expired milk and cereal. Walked into breakfast area both mornings less than an hour into breakfast time and they were out of everything except the expired milk and raisin brand. Tried to talk to staff about the expired milk and they shrug shoulders. Parking was lit and no one messed with the car so that’s good "

"After driving for 7 hours we arrived around 2am, when we walked in there was no one at the front desk to greet us. There was a sitting area with the tv on and what looked like blankets and food. After about 5 mins, a lady came from the back. She wasn’t rude but not pleasant either really, just kind of there. Be aware they charge a $40 incidental fee, which I was not aware of at the time of booking. It does not state that anywhere when booking. When we got in our room, it smelled nice but after upon looking more, the room was in horrible condition. Broken drawers, burn holes in the blankets, the shower curtain was stained, exposed wires & the TV would NOT turn on. My husband messed with it for about 15 mins and we finally got it to turn on but no channels. Considering it was almost 3am this point we gave up & went to sleep. That’s when we seen a ROACH on the dresser! At that point we decided we were gone! I informed the front desk & she stated I’d get the incidental fee back in 24/72 hours! I want the entire thing refunded! Just horrible."
