"Our room was spotless. Staff was helpful and courteous. Location was amazingly close to Mayo complex, connected by subway walkway. Breakfast was more than adequate."
Holiday Inn Express Rochester South - Mayo Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The room was exceptionally clean. Pillows comfortable, sheets & bedding clean. Staff at check-in was warm & welcoming. Went down late for a pop & staff said there was a small variety available but she could offer us yogurt or a banana -- although we didn't take any, that's the first time a hotel offered us a little to eat, and I can see how important that would be in a city built on health care, as yours is. If I'd been ill, I'd have felt my care was already starting!"
"I stayed at this hotel for three days during my Christmas shopping in Rochester. It is a very clean hotel. While my room was rather on the small side, it really wasn't an issue being it was just myself. The pool and whirlpool area is awesome, and there was a variety of breakfast items for the three mornings I ate there. This hotel also offered free soup every evening from 6 -- 7. I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of this, but thought it was a great complimentary item."
