"Parking garage is small and not ideal for trucks or even a large SUV. Parking fills up super fast as well. Saw multiple guests with pets, pool was small and had hours of operation but no clock in the pool area for guidance. Breakfast was typical hotel staples and decent"
"Amber, at the Reception Desk was so nice and helpful. She told me where close restaurants were and that was just what I needed after a long drive.
My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late.
The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard.
The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my drink of choice. Basically, I had zero complaints and would definitely stay there again if I was in the area."
"The front desk was helpful our room stinks bad smells coming out of the AC when we up the heat. We were both getting light headed from the smell we wanted to change our room but the front office said he will return our call back he never did. So the service overall is bad."
"The staff was great! The rooms could be cleaner. There was a dirty brown towel in the corner of the bathroom that I found. The surfaces looked like they had not been wiped. The elevator was working!"
"The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was strangely lumpy but reasonably comfortable. It was a good deal for the price and I would stay there again."
"Parking was difficult because all spaces were full. Check in was slow because electronic key didn’t work and nobody was at reception to help. Room had little natural light since the window is small and we need to chose between light or privacy. Maybe a soft cover would help. Maybe to reserve a parking spot per room during events will help with parking."
