The hotel was AMAZING and the service was great, the only thing that wasn’t comfortable is the pillows I hope they change them other the that everything was great and peaceful in this hotel highly recommended!!!

Comfortable Stay with Amazing Views and Outstanding Service in Kandy We had a wonderful stay at Summit Hotel in Kandy. The decor all throughout the property has been thoughtfully put together. The room was lovely and very spacious, with an amazing view that made the stay extra special. Just an excellent, excellent stay from start to finish in this historic Colonial building. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the team really just was top notch and really cared about quality of food. The loft was a hit with the kids and the fine correction of loose tea was very much appreciated. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary, but would have loved to have stayed longer. The kids dipped their legs in the pool, but also didn't have the chance to swim due to time constraints....

We had always wanted to stay on a Tea Estate in the hills and this did not disappoint. A great tour of the estate was arranged either the Tea Estate Manager and was an excellent insight into how tea is grown and picked. Great views from the veranda. Staff most helpful.

Pearl was a great little place on the side of the mountain near the train station in Kandy. The property is clean, quiet and safe and the sitting area is a place where you could zone out and spend hours reading or just enjoying the view. it is a short walk down to the main streets of Kandy where local restaurants and cafes etc are everywhere. The manager and his wife are very helpful and serve a great breakfast. Be sure you know how you are getting here. Tuktuk or walking WITH google maps...

Beautiful hotel and room very nicely appointed. Rooftop pool was fabulous. Great outlook and easily enjoyed cocktails from that viewpoint! Very friendly staff. Great location above the lake and looks across to Temple of the relic of the tooth. Easy walk down town.

Nice breakfast (eggs coffee toast fruit), a bit of road noise, but that is expected as it is a busy city, good service, very genuine employees, ice cold A/C, English TV choices, decent wifi, overall a great stay.
