Great hotel friendly staff nice clean very patron friendly

I wish we had found Capitol Inn sooner. We stayed for graduation weekend and it was great! The staff was great, there were plenty of drinks and snacks, it was very clean and well maintained.

Very nice property, within walking distance to the FSU welcome center and food options.

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Much nicer breakfast than most hotels.

Pros:I liked the on-site restaurant, handicap parking, ease of registration, and friendliness of staff. Cons:The room looked clean when I first got there, but in the morning I noticed that the area around the microwave and fridge were dirty and that there were a variety of items on the floor near the bed.

This place is a gem, especially for the price! the front desk people were very accommodating, the room, though small was very comfortable and clean. Nicely furnished too! The only negative I had was the proximity of the A/C to the bed. But the nice soft, comfy duvet made up for any temperature issue. I'll be back if I come this way again.

I liked the fact you could not use the elevator without a guest card. The rooms were quiet and clean with a good view. Convenient to everything downtown Tallahassee.

This property is in a great location, had a great free breakfast, parking was good and the amenities were great. I would recommend staying here.

Fantastic Hotel!!! This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Every single person I met that worked here was kind, helpful, and courteous. The rooms were clean. The scenery and amenities were fantastic. Check in and check out were a breeze. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I can't even come up with one negative comment. My stay was literally perfect.

Room was Clean and COOL when we checked in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we walked to Outback steakhouse, needed the steps after 2 days of mostly driving. However, we could have just as well eaten at the Bistro, which we did for breakfast, Giant bowl of Oatmeal for her and Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich for me (the avacado smear was DELCIOUS!)

The manager Derrick was amazing and attentive to my needs

Staff was friendly and efficient. The free printing and faxing was awesome. The hot breakfast was adequate. They had an outdoor bonfire that was lovely.

Clean and simply elegant

I was very pleased to all parts of my stay this past weekend , from the front staff to the check out was outstanding customer service. The beds were clean and fresh , bathroom were spotless , breakfast was tasty - staff always greeted you with a smile . It was such a relief to walk into a hotel and not have something to complain about , I will used this location for all my visit to Tall - which is monthly. Thanks
