"Cheap stay but still not worth the price. Do not stay here. The hotel is run down. Pictures are not current at all. Building is outdated. Room was dirty and in badly in disrepair. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible if you can even call it a Breakfast. Pool and hottub was nasty. The whole place is way overdue for a remodel. I cant think of one good thing to mention."

"So the floor in the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom was very clean. The carpets on the 3rd floor are very stained. A woman with a dog let her dog pee on the door to the elevator on the ground floor and did absolutely nothing. She just kept on walking which makes me think some of the cleanliness problems are due to the clientele that is staying there and not the lack of staff trying to do their best. Regarding the staff: ALL of them were professional, friendly and nice. Will the desk manager went above and beyond. The two other ladies (sorry I don’t know their names) were just the nicest. I will say this is a good location to stay at if you plan on seeing the Jamestown, Yorktown and Williamsburg 250th US Anniversary events and museums. Very centrally located."

"stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again."

"We had an enjoyable stay. The location was convenient. Check in was easy. Our unit was spacious and clean. (the bathtub was very slippery though). They did ask us at check-in to attend a time share presentation, but we politely said we were not interested and the timing did not fit with our plans and there was no additional pressure."
