It was Christmas Eve and late when we were able to check in. All went will getting our room. No problems at all with anything. Will come back again

Staff were very nice. My only complaint was that hot tub was only 10 degrees warmer than the pool.

I reserved this room for my elderly mother in law and sister in law so they could attend my son's graduation. They were very pleased with the room and the friendliness of the staff.

Do NOT let this hotel's 2.5 rating keep you from staying at the hotel. That rating must be about the old hotel that this NEW hotel replaced. In my opinion, the new hotel outstanding! The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Galesburg, IL, is a brand new hotel. The room was very clean, with cozy, warm bedding for someone like me from Las Vegas!! The "breakfast ladies" were awesome, asking us if we had everything we needed. Healthy foods provided, plenty of fresh fruit, juice, waffles, omlets, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon. What a buffet, and a large cooker of oatmeal, and cold cereal options. Bacon, toast, bagels, English muffins, biscuits and gravy. One thing that did strike me funny was "no" donuts, or rolls....(my problem...

We loved the pet friendliness of this property! It was so convenient to be able to take our dogs out through the sliding door directly into the courtyard instead of through a hallway. The courtyard area was really lovely and breakfast was a nice surprise perk.

I appreciate the clerk who checked me in early. She was great. WE DID not like the pool closed.

Check in was hassle free thanks to Concierge Kenny; a very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced person. Room was clean and in great condition. Also, slept very well on a comfortable bed.

I was able to check in early without waiting for the 3 pm check in time.

This hotel has a great staff and excellent facilities. I had a king bed in a comfortable room. There is a swimming pool and breakfast.

The nice hotel is for a reasonable price. The check-in is easy and the staff is very friendly. Room and the surounding are clean. The room seems having recent remodeling and the moden furniture and the styling is in a good taste. The breakfast is OK. I'd stay there next time.

Breakfast was not included in our price. We could purchase it for $10. We just went out. We stayed 2 nights. The rooms and hallways were clean. The AC worked great. The beds were comfortable. TV worked. Showers were warm with grab bar. Full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were available and attached to the wall in the shower, which was nice, except the conditioner bottle had shampoo in it. I just used my own conditioner. Basic room. Good price. There was no phone in the room....
