The staff of the hotel are great- from the shuttle service, to helping us plan for excursions, they went out of the way and above/beyond what is expected. I would happily stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Brunei. The staff make the difference.

Great! A comfortable shuttle bus from the airport was waiting for me as arranged, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I found my room to be of appropriate size,, very clean and in perfect condition. During the night I could enjoy a comfortable bed and absolute silence. The room is big. Free pick up from BWN airport was good. Breakfast was also good. 15 minutes walking to the downtown area.
