Staff is wonderful. Upgrading rooms is a bit pricey, but worth it. Directly on the water. Sounds of waves lapping outside the door. Had a really nice weekend.

Nice staff love the hospitality

We enjoyed our stay at the Infinity Resort. The Infinity staff were very helpful and professional. They assisted us with navigating the outrigger ticketing and boarding process to and from the resort, including the shuttle between the port and the resort. We also appreciated the staff's watchful eye over us while we went swimming at the beach and pool. The staff was attentive to our requests. The premises and room was well maintained and clean. All around we had a pleasant experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the resort. In front of our room was a mulberry tree full of ripe fruits, which added a unique and refreshing touch to the overall experience. The resort is pet-friendly, which I truly appreciated. There were cats around the property that would visit our room regularly, especially since we were feeding them. This is a great place to stay by the falls and off the beaten path. You can walk the few miles into the white sand beach area or take a short walk to the Talipanan Falls. The folks are very friendly and the food is great. Room was comfortable with AC. Hammocks, swimming, pool etc are all right there.

Great view

The property is in the heart of gorgeous location, and it's so relaxing ambiance. The view is to die and kill for 😃. The room are well thought of interior design, and built for ease and quiet. Total relaxation, and it's a breath of fresh air so literally. The staff are pleasant, friendly, provides above and beyond excellent customer service. It's a paradise where my husband and I don't want leave. We will be back, and will tell all our friends and family of how lucky we are to have found this...

Very clean

We had a great time! The staff at the hotel was AWESOME! The boat driver was great, the receptionist was great, everyone was great! I had lost my cell phone on the trip over and the staff went out of their way to help me retrieve it. The beach and pool on property were first rate. Everything was clean and organized. Scuba gear and Kayaking is FREE with the hotel stay. Food was okay, could be a little better, but okay. Yes, it's on a remote island, but it's so nice!

I, along with 4 others, left the Badladz Beach Resort on 1/16/17. We arrived the evening of 1/14/17. We took two trykes from Muelle Pier to the property. It was about a 10 minute ride through town. When we arrived we were greeted by several staff members, and warmly. The reception desk serves also as the bar in the restaurant/bar. I was asked for the name that the reservations (for two rooms) were made under, as well as the confirmation email from where I booked the rooms (Expedia). I...

Had a wonderful weekend stay - very relaxing and beautiful setting. Doesn't have a sand beach but can go down to the water on a small rocky area. Staff was very friendly and helpful with great service. The room was large, with a large private verandah overlooking the ocean. Bathroom was clean. AC worked perfectly. Goats were cute but the 2 puppies welcoming the guests were adorable!
