The Palm Hotel and Spa is located in a beautiful part of Reunion Island surrounded by lush scenery and gorgeous beaches. The hotel facilities were top notch and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and bent over backwards to give our family the best experience possible. The only downside is that there is a slight trade off with the location. Location staff cleanliness exceeds 3 star hotels and the location of the property allows access by foot to major attractions in Saint Pierre. Underground parking equally very useful.

In RUN, you need a car, but when you have a car, parking is problematic. This hotel is in a new residential area with a parking lot and a garage. Each room equipped with a small kitchen and a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. A local supermarket is 2 min away. If you are tired of eating in restaurants, you can stop by the store for some fresh local fruits, salads and of course some DuDu or wine. A great place to stay! The staffs are super nice!

Hotel was in a nice location. Had all the amenities at the hotel and close enough to the center of the village for more restaurants selection. Very comfortable hotel and good customer service.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un moment des plus agréables dans cet hôtel très bien pensé carrément pied dans l'eau devant la plage de la saline, avec un très beau cadre, une piscine vraiment chouette. Nous avions une chambre vraiment spacieuse et très propre. Mais ce qui nous a particulièrement marqué est le professionnalisme et la grande gentillesse et courtoisie de tout le personnel quel qu'il soit.
