Radisson Chandigarh Zirakpur
2/10 Terrible
"Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel.
During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained.
We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early.
No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation.
I expect a proper compensation. Avoid this place."
"Our room was very clean with good amenities. The food was also delicious. Loved the overall service of staff
We also got a spa which was very relaxing
Only thing which got me disappointed that we could not enjoy pool. There was a wedding going on same day, due to which we were not allowed to go to pool area. I had confirmed the pool timings from staff a day before, and they didn’t tell anything like this, otherwise I could have gone to pool a day before"
"Great hotel, we stayed for two nights. We ate at Saffron and also stopped for tea and cake at the Baking Company which was really nice. The breakfast was also really good, particularly the eggs which were made to order. We couldn’t decide between staying here or at the Oberoi but glad we chose the JW Marriott as it was more modern and offered greater facilities. My wife also used the spa and had a massage during our stay which she thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area."
"This is firmly a four-star hotel, and it shows everywhere- the lobby, the staff, dated bathroom fixtures, and a mostly vegetarian buffet. The breakfast scene felt particularly off, with guests in pajamas and even putting their feet on chairs, which really lowered the overall experience. Keep your expectations low especially if you are coming from the US. "
