Could use a small refrigerator in the room but what an awesome place to stay best value in Luzon. Keep up the good work good work you deserve it the 10 rating

Our five days four nights stay was an excellent experience in a beautiful setting.

Upgraded room, better stay

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Easy walk downtown and also very easy to get taxis.

Close to the area of the province capitol. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable beddings! Friendly staff - thanks, Melvin! Given the chance, I will stay here again.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and respectful. There’s a security on site and was also helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel, overall rating was excellent, the best amongst the other hotel in the area.

Room was clean and very quiet place to relax

Internet speeds were usable for work in the room.

Shower heater has no control, no free toilet paper, bath soap so small and hard, aircon not cooling so much.

Was very pleased with my stay here. Great staff and nice rooms. Only thing that could use some improvement is the wifi signal to the rooms. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff and accomodations excellent. Near restaurants and convenience stores. Walkable to airport but property has own shuttle service to pick and drop guests to and from airport. Will recommend. Special mention to Chris and Russell who made our stay despite the bad weather relaxing and worth the stay.

Very nice place would go back

previous guests complained about mold smell. My room was fine. wifi is decent. very good middle eastern food right around the corner. elevator takes you to your floor. easy to find, right on the main drag.
