It is affordable compared to other hotels in Colombo. It is new and well maintained. Staff speak English, friendly, and helpful.

We were disappointed that we were unable to stay more than one night! My partner and I misread our flight schedule and had to leave a night earlier than anticipated. The Cinnamon Red staff were wonderful and we were given a beautiful room fir our final night in Colombo. We paid extra for late check-out and it was worth it! We will definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to visit Sri Lanka again. Thank you

Magical hotel in the best area of Sri Lanka. Unlike other high end hotels, you really feel like part of the Cinnamon community here. I had wonderful days just staying in the hotel and getting work done in the magnificent lobby while drinking coffee and eating delicious pastries . Friendly staff ... good location ... does not surprise me that this hotel has hosted kings and queens during the last 150 years. I got good service from Shayna at the restaurant there ... nice breakfast buffet.
