room very clear, big and comfortable. the location is very convenient, nearby shopping mall and have very good food around there.

Wish i could've stayed longer

This review is not politically correct: It felt like being back in the West with everything so clean, modern and air-conditioned. The only thing that reminded me I was still in Malaysia was the mold growing in grout in the shower. Closely convenient to the airport. There is a shuttle to the hotel but it runs every hour. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have just gotten a Grab. Gym and pool areas all very nice. Gym overlooks the pool on the 3rd floor.

Helpful staff. Clean. We were surprised to have the family room.

Best in my life, great resort to stay away from work

This property is very well maintained. It is clean and well maintained. It has facilities to cater for large meetings or offsite meetings. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the Wifi needs to be improved as connection is really slow.

Staffs are friendly.

From even before check-in, our experience was wonderful. We had questions on getting from airport to hotel: they answered promptly and arranged pick-up. Room was clean and well-appointed. Pool and grounds simply lovely. They offer free shuttles to nearby shopping and tourist areas and several cafes inside to dine at.

A nostalgic place for me since the the time the property was owned by Hilton, then Royal Adelphi and now Royals Chulan.

Highly suggested for long transits thru this airport. Clean room / bed and good showers to help you reset during the transit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It's SO worth it to sleep and shower if you have a long layover! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the lounge area. It is conveniently located inside the terminal and near a bunch of restaurants.

Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.
