Amazing hotel and team—very lovely experience for those desiring boutique experience with refinements

One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere - the setting is stunningly beautiful, the pool & spa were amazing, the service was outstanding, the property immaculately maintained, and the service from everyone was perfect. Incredible stay and highly recommend!

Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. Lovely hotel in a convenient location to city, train and restaurants. Pretty restaurant/bar with a beautiful view and outdoor patio.

The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, exceeded my expectations. Room fixtures and appliances are modern, staff is friendly and hospitable, complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge, good breakfast, walking distance from the train station, 2 supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed my stay. Check-in is at the restaurant/shop counter

I believe it was Stephanie that checked us in. She was fantastic and a wealth of information. This was a small but fantastic, artistic hotel.

This boutique hotel is situated in a lovely part of Merano and within 1 10 min walking distance of the old town. The staff (especially Stephan) was fantastic. Great breakfast and nice outdoor pool, garden and indoor pool and spa facility was exceptional as well. Only complaint is that the bed was slightly hard.

The valley that Hotel Rössl is located in is simply beautiful. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent! Our room felt like two separate rooms. Beautiful views too!! It was clean, comfortable and resort-like. Very impressed. I cannot imagine anyone knocking a place like this. Staff were super friendly.

This B&B was all around fantastic with a direct view of the castle. Large room and new spacious bathroom was spotless clean. The staff (Marcelo and Paco) were fantastic and friendly! Highly recommend.

Clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable stay, and great breakfast...we didn't get a chance to try the sauna or hot tub, but they looked amazing.

What a charming hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff you'll find. We were greeted by name at check in and from then on the level of service was very engaging. Food was great and the rooftop garden and its views fantastic. Rooms were bright airy and large. Would certainly stay here again if back in Merano.

Mauro and Cristina are excellent hosts, some of the best we have encountered! They have a beautiful hotel which shows great pride of ownership! The service they provided us was amazing, from guidance and tips on things to do in and around Merano, to restaurant tips, driving directions, local happenings, etc. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, nice bathroom, good space. And the location is excellent, right off the river promenade, very close to center of city and all activities,...

The hotel is one of the finest designed that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The room design and the views are exquisite; the beds were perfect and the quality of all the spaces beautiful. In addition the staff were a joy and the breakfast superb. As a side note, my wife and are both architects and have only one before been so effusive in the praise of a hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel in Merano. I was very pleased with the decision to stay here. Amazing staff, clean hotel, decent wifi, and the best breakfast among the other hotels that I stayed in. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
