Pleasant hotel.

My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco, and this type of care and attention was given to us the entire time by Tommaso and the other staff. This hotel is a GEM! We loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the 2-bedroom units were amazing! We spent hours in the morning just enjoying the view. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Body lotion in room would have been nice

The valley that Hotel Rössl is located in is simply beautiful. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent! Our room felt like two separate rooms. Beautiful views too!! It was clean, comfortable and resort-like. Very impressed. I cannot imagine anyone knocking a place like this. Staff were super friendly.

This boutique hotel is situated in a lovely part of Merano and within 1 10 min walking distance of the old town. The staff (especially Stephan) was fantastic. Great breakfast and nice outdoor pool, garden and indoor pool and spa facility was exceptional as well. Only complaint is that the bed was slightly hard.

The views are amazing and the suite was very generously sized. Food was excellent and the staff very helpful. A true gem in the Alto Adige region

Great hotel and it's located in a spectacular spot with a few of the Dolemites.

Receptionist at check in were friendly and so helpful. Wish we had more time to stay there. Dinners at the Bistrol were delicious.
