Great staff with attention to every detail. The owner is kind and truly seems to want everybody to enjoy their time in his hotel. The maître d’ watches over every meal very carefully, it is extremely knowledgeable about wine, and set a great tone. The staff was without exception extremely friendly and very good at what they were doing. Very pleasant atmosphere and good value! This B&B was all around fantastic with a direct view of the castle. Large room and new spacious bathroom was spotless clean. The staff (Marcelo and Paco) were fantastic and friendly! Highly recommend.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were large and excellent. Location was convenient to restaurants/bars in the old town. Breakfast was extensive and varied. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The family that runs the place is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and beauty surrounds the place. The dining experience is excellent and the pool is relaxing. There are good day hikes close by and some amazing small cities to visit. The staff will share their knowledge of the area. Definitely would stay here again.

Good location. Good breakfast. Enough parking. Not walkable to near by places. Each room has AC. So, good for peak summer.

Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet.

Perfect location! Beautiful river just steps away and very convenient to shopping, hiking, and the pools.
