There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place...

Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around.

"We were a group of 4 adults and the space was perfect. It is directly opposite the lake for a nice early morning swim! The grounds are very well maintained, as is the apartment. I think this is the best place to stay in the area. Everything we needed was there and the owners are very nice. Highly recommend!"

I loved it so much I had booked another place but came back here instead. I found it tranquil and peaceful and the staff went above and beyond. I’ll definitely stay again! "

"Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. "

"The Tres Reyes hotel is located right on the lake, it has a wonderful view of the mountains. It is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the central square. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location."

"Aguila Mora Suites and Spa was the perfect getaway. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and well kept while we were there. The pool and hot tub were ideal. And most of all, the property and the setting are amazing - overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi with the mountains everywhere you look. I can't recommend this hotel enough - fantastic!"
