Neuquén Hotels

The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. The huge, comfortable bed with view of the stars? the comfortable balcony? the lovely fireplace with fresh wood delivered and set up daily? the wonderful staff? The tranquility? The great people who visit? There's nothing not to like...this place is perfect.

Every thing was top shelf and when I needed to change my plans due to the weather the owner was there to assist me with flights and reservations

The location is gorgeous, the service and staff super nice and the breakfast food was the best! Those medialunas, bizcochitos and fruit salad!!!!! I want more! Will never forget my balcony view. In love with this place! Thank you so much!

Very mice property and nice staff

We only stayed one night but the room was great. Breakfast in the morning was simple (coffee, pastries, and fruit) but delicious. Great spot just two blocks off the Main Street. And the parking in the back was an added bonus, but it’s a narrow access way.
