"The warm welcome by hotel staff made us feel at home. Nice room with great view, comfy beds and nice bathroom made our trip a lot more pleasant. All the amenities like pool, 24h eMart, ATM machine, washing machine etc were great too. I would highly recommend for both family trips as well as couples trip. All staff at the hotel - whether it be at the front desk, at restaurants, in the lobby area, house keeping team or concierge, everyone was so nice and helpful."

"Full ocean view room delivered - high floor room with great views of the beach, and the mountains past the beach. Exactly as advertised, with balcony. Everything else about the hotel was fantastic as well. Very clean property, daily housekeeping, helpful staff. The hotel is located on an extremely loud and busy street, but on the higher floors (with ocean view) this is not audible."

"Full disclosure, booked this by mistake, but it was absolutely fine for 2 middle aged Brits! Between 2 tube stations and bus stop is outside. Beds were really comfortable, although you would have thought I was asking a receptionist for a kidney rather than an extra pillow, breakfast was not to our (western) taste. V happy that there was a working washing machine and tumble dryer."
