Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)

Thank you Hotel Harris for your hospitality. All of the staff members that we interacted with were friendly, professional, and have the best customer service skills. We loved the long pillows called guling. The room set up is simple, but it is cozy and clean. We will definitely stay at Harris Hotel again whenever Pontianak is calling.

Very nice hotel, i stay 3 days for cap goh meh event. located on center of the city. ( gajah mada ). Easy to go everywhere, a lot of food stall and nice restaurant. Staff all are super friendly. I have no complaint about. Will be back when im in pontianak again.

I don’t realize that in Indonesia they still have floor for smokers. My first night, I was at room for smoker. Since I don’t smoke, the smell was overwhelming. Fortunately I moved to non smoker floor & room for the next 2 nights. I was enjoying my room very much
