Staff were welcoming and helpful with information on hiking and dining in and around Oberstdorf. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice private balcony. Breakfast was tasty and extensive. All in all a great hotel in a great quiet location just outside of the town center but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants.

This was a beautiful Bavarian Inn. I could not have been happier with the staff, faciliyies, location and cleanliness.

This place was fantastic. It is a nearly new Hostel with great people working there. Keep in mind this is a hostel, not a hotel. The difference is no towels, soaps, etc, and you make your own beds. Low cost and low service. There is no A/C but most nights it cools down nicely and there are nice large windows to bring in outside air. Great job folks, keep it up
