Fine place. Welcoming and helpful cheery staff. Good clean and warm facility, lovely bed. Only minor issue is the thin walls as could hear next door bathroom facilities . Otherwise, I will use again. Thanks

Elegant hotel in safe location with easy, free parking (rare). Workout room. Plenty of towels in the room. King beds are twins pushed together and a bit stiff. Staff speaks English. The bar has fabulous night views of the city. Probably best if you have a car, as city is a good 20 minute walk.

Nicely updated hotel, with a well valued dinner and breakfast. Not in the town center, but a very short walk to it

The owners were exceptionally polite. The beds were so very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were terrific. We felt very welcome. There was a little language barrier but using translator with them worked perfectly. We wanted to see the real parts of Spain, this was the adventure we wanted. I recommend renting car and travel the differ cities. This hotel is definitely a 10.

If I could, I would rate this hotel excellent Plus. Everything was not only perfect but surpassed our expectations.The hotel is intimate & elegant, location convenient, & has some free parking spots right in front of the hotel. Staff helped us w reservations in the city, our next destination, & researched sites of interest in the next city. Hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Location of this hotel was superb. If you have car, you might need to find out location of the car parking before you check in.

We stayed at this hotel in the heart of plaza mayor and it was perfecto choice for us (couple). The rooms are luxurious and had all modern amenities, the views of the plaza were amazing, we couldn’t get enough of it!! We chose this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it felt very nice because of the amenities of hotel, and access to so many options for food and shopping once you step outside. The front-desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When my partner and I both came down with bad colds, we asked for a short extension on our check-out. After the receptionist made a brief check on the hotel schedule, we were given even more time than we had requested, which was immensely appreciated. In addition, everything was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

I stayed here for two nights to visit my brother in Salamanca. I was nervous at first to stay at apart hotel, but this experience was excellent. First, their communication was timely and helpful. I arrived around 11am and they let me check in early. The check in process was seamless and easy to understand. The room itself had everything I needed, including effective air conditioning and a washer and dryer outside the room. I would absolutely stay here again.
