My boyfriend and I are traveling in Europe for 6 weeks and were lucky enough to find this hotel during our time in Spain. Hands down this was the best place we have stayed during the entire trip. The owner greeted us and showed us the entire hotel (8 rooms, an entrance cafe for breakfast, and an upstairs outdoor terrace), and described how each room was decorated based on a different mountain range in the area. No detail was spared when designing this hotel! Possibly our favorite part was the...

Just a superb, well run hotel. All the people from housekeeping to the front offices were just terrific!
Sara at the front desk was particularly great. I liked the hotel so much I continued to book extra nights after my original 3 night booking. Stay there,it is just the best! Richard

We are a family of 4 and stayed at Villa Gadea for 11 days. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pools and the view from the room was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in Spain. On par with the Paradores we’ve stayed at for the last 40 years. Don’t miss the old arab cistern...2 million liters. Read the history on the website and enjoy some great views. Do the castle (closed mondays). Enjoy life.....

Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference.
Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did...

My husband and I were delighted with our stay at Hotel L'Estacio. We arrived
on a Sunday afternoon in time to walk into the historic village of Bocariente before returning to the hotel for wine and cheese. Monday morning
there was a huge assortment of breakfast foods which we enjoyed especially
since we were driving to Valencia, then flying to Mallorca. Hotel L'Estacio
is very interesting as well as charming.

Great location, clean, nice common areas. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here even with a few issues and opportunities. The common areas are very nice. The rooms are tiny and very poorly designed. There’s no room for luggage and the room was so tight the door to the large terrace could not even be opened all the way to get outside making the huge uncovered terrace largely useless. The only place to hang towels was inside the shower. The fitness room was very unappealing. The smell was...

Friendly staff. Make sure you tell manager when you think you'll arrive, because they dont live on-site.
Rooftop patio is not suitable for tables and chairs, but great for town photos.
Charming little town with an interesting castle.

We just loved this hotel. It's been lovingly restored, with great attention to detail, and the owners are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was a treat, too. I just wish we'd had a longer stay and more time to enjoy the cozy lounge areas. We hope to come back soon.
