We stayed at Mohlabetsi for two days. Everything was top-notch, from the greeting as we arrived at the Lodge, to the farewell upon departure. The setting is wonderful, with a large green lawn under shade trees where a lovely lunch was served upon our arrival (as we gazed at the giraffe in the reserve just a few yards from the lawn). We stayed at the suite and were delighted with the accommodations. The game drives were insanely interesting and the guides were top notch! Although it is a closed reserve, it is big enough to get a real sense of being in the wild, and you are almost guaranteed to see the big 5 (minus the leopard if you're not lucky, we were!) The animals almost don't notice you and behave naturally, a truly amazing experience!
