It's a nice and convenient hotel. It's next to a shopping mall with parking spaces ( with fee) and breakfast available with fee. Next to a station and lots of attractions close by the area.

Great Onsen hotel deep in the snowy mountains of Hokkaido.

We booked a twin bed room for 4 of us (2kids n 2 adults). Very good n comfy. It about u 5 minds to get Aeon Mall for shopping and dinning. Hotel staff are very helpful n polite. The taste of breakfast is good but choices can be more. In general, it was a very good experience.

The property is well located with a lot of restaurant nearby. Parking arrangement is slightly confusing.

The convenience store in the lobby is …convenient!

Convenient to have Aeon mall just a few minutes away by foot. We loved the soap-dispensed washer so we didn't have to bring our own laundry soap. Some good restaurants nearby, but better selections as the mall.

Other than a mix up on the prepaid dinner, which was finally okay, the reservation and stay was nice. They allowed is to change rooms when we found that the king size bed I was looking forward to was in a small room. So changed to twins in a larger room. Really should put that king in the second room.

お部屋は清潔で快適でした。朝食も美味しく、海鮮丼は期待通りでした。 一点だけ、エレベーター横のコインランドリーですが、乾燥機の蓋を開け閉めするときに大きな埃が舞っていました。おそらく乾燥機の上を拭き掃除してないのだと思います。洗濯機と乾燥機を利用しない人は気づかない場所ですが、この点は残念でした。

Great staff made me feel at home again!

I stayed here with my kids, ages 7 and 9. It has a beautiful cafe attached and kind, welcoming messages and staff. The room was stylish, cozy and comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk from the station where we met our guide for a full day flower farm tour. We are staying another night! There are four comfortable beds in our room so we slept very well. We love the Italian restaurants - all the dairy products in Hokkaido (cheese, ice cream, yogurt, milk) and the fruit are delicious.

Great little boutique hotel. Easy walk from station even late at night. Very well designed. Small room but all you need is there! I was impressed.

The view of Asahikawa from the 8th floor was stunning. The room had a high ceiling, which made the space seem even larger than it was. The property itself was very clean and inviting, the staff were very friendly, and it was within walking distance from the Asahikawa train station, a handful of convenience stores (including the excellent Seicomart), and several ramen restaurants that ended up selling out twice during my 3 night stay.
