"I had a great stay at this hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. Everything was very clean and modern, and the rooftop area was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena."

"El hotel es muy bonito pero deberian darle mas mantenimiento de limpieza a las ventanas, baños especificamente las bañeras y tambien las puertas del baño estaban sucias. El staff que nos recibio no fue muy explicito con las amenidades que ofrecen. El desayuno es excelente tienen una gran variedad y rellenan todo lo que se va terminando siempre habia buena comida a cualquier hora aunque llegaras al final del desayuno que cierra a las 11:00am. Y algo super bueno es que el desayuno inicia a las 6:30am y de da tiempo de comer antes de cualquier excursion. Lo unico que no me gusto y que se lo dejo a los lectores es que no acepten visitar del clud de Yates para venta de membresía del hotel. Por que son muy buenos convenciendo pero te envuelven en unas cuantas mentiras y si decides restrarctarte o cancelar el contrato, te hacen la vida imposible, les envien un email antes de la fecha de mi cancelacion y me dijeron que me contestaban en 15 dias y este es la hora que nada han dicho. Asi que te recomiendo no aceptar ninguna oferta de venta de membresia aunque el hotel no es malo. Pero puedes encontrar mejores ofertas en Expedia."

"En la primera noche nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Nos pasearon por el hotel durante dos horas, solo hasta la 1 am nos dieron una habitación que funcionaba. Pésima gestión por parte del equipo."

"I did not have the breakfast, so i cannot say anything about it. However, the hotel is very nice with lots of amenities around the pool area. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was large and the view to the ocean was wonderful. Very clean room and nice beds with large pillows. I really enjoyed my visit and wished I could have stayed longer."

"The service from your staff is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the food in each of the restaurants is great. The facilities and spacious are very well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hallways of the rooms didn’t look very clean."
