"Loved the Doubletree Iquitos. It exceeded my expectations. The aesthics were much better than even the pictures. It had a great vibe and a prime location. Service and breakfast were spot on. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the pool and the cocktails we had there. So glad this was our base in Iquitos before heading out on the river. Definitely recommend."

"Resonably priced, Hotel de Touristas is conveniently situated near the Plaza de Armas within walking distance. Our room was a suite overlooking the Malecon and the beautiful Rio beyond. On the fourth floor there is an open air restaurant which offers a panoramic view of a tributary of the Amazon and nature beyond, all while you can sip on a Pisco sour if you wish. Complimentary breakfast is served in the morning on the first floor before you venture out to your next adventure. Overall a good value, and no doubt the best in town."

"Hotel located very conveniently for tourist area. Large spacious room, hot shower, comfy bed plus AC. There was quite a bit of noise coming from outside. Inclusive breakfast only starts at 7am so not available for early travellers"

"Stayed at the beginning and end of our amazon trip. Great location, beautiful big rooms, nice breakfast and they will store your luggage while you are away. Staff arranged a taxi pick up. Air conditioning was a big bonus!!!"
