"Starting from the receptionist…very nice & informative! The staff overall were super friendly & helpful. Every single day, didn’t matter the time, they were there to help. The rooms were clean & filled with utilities, from plates to cups to water bottles and milk. If you needed extra, they assisted & provided you with anything and everything. Even without asking you, they made sure you had things! Just would like to shout out our nanny Kerina that was assigned to us. She was always with a smile & very helpful. Even though our kids were so glued on to us, Kerina was around to help out. I would also like to shout out the manager (I forgot her name), she was so kind to take me to the supermarket to buy my baby formula. Overall, I had a great time and experience at the FDR. Would highly recommend if you have kids. "

"Loved the vegetable gardens, the friendly staff and our spacious clean room with our very private balcony. Good food and lovely grounds as well as seeing the resident peacock at meals made our stay very special. So happy not to be at one of those 5star all inclusives."

"The address listed for this property is not correct. The room had the electrical panel off, exposing the wires. The room was not cleaned at all. The amenities list was not available, the entire property is rundown and not safe, considering this is a property dedicated to families. I spoke with the owner of the property and he was extremely unprofessional."

"Yes the Staff was courteous and the room clen , Pool was not kept in pristine condition. Food was cooked perfectly. Staff on an overall was accommodating- There was no Internet Service before I got there and Service returned only on the night before I was leaving. I had to cut my Vacation short due to this inconvenience, and there was no monetary Compensation for my inconvenience due to no fault of mine. I am very disappointed as I have made several Trips to this here before."
