" I recently sent my mom to Franklyn D. Resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica to celebrate her 69th birthday, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience she had there. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her like royalty. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make her birthday special. They decorated her chair with beautiful gold and black balloons and surprised her with a full birthday cake. What touched me even more was their kindness when she wasn’t feeling well one day—someone from the resort personally took her to the pharmacy to make sure she was okay. That level of care meant the world to me. Franklyn D. Resort may not advertise itself as a five-star luxury hotel, but the treatment and hospitality they provide is absolutely five-star. If you are traveling with family, kids, celebrating a birthday, or even sending an elderly loved one to relax, you can rest assured they will be in good hands—even if traveling alone. Thank you to the amazing team at Franklyn D. Resort for making my mom’s birthday unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for genuine Jamaican hospitality and heartfelt service. "

The amenities list was not available, the entire property is rundown and not safe, considering this is a property dedicated to families. I spoke with the owner of the property and he was extremely unprofessional."
