"We used a lot of the facilities here and all of them were excellent. We were picked up from the airport in a spacious clean car by a really friendly team, guest relations, especially Fafa were kind, patient and so helpful with any questions or requests. Our nearly 4 year old son tried out the kids club which was his first time ever going to one. He enjoyed it and we felt very comfortable leaving him in the care of the lovely women in there. The food in the restaurants we tried was good and the breakfast buffet was very good quality with a la carte options as well. Our room was beautiful and one of the best parts of our stay, they are spacious, really well thought out and the bed was so comfy. My only regret is we only booked 4 nights, would recommend this place to anyone. "

The level of politeness, genuine warmth, and attentiveness from every single member of staff made the entire stay feel incredibly personal and special. The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it easy to completely relax and switch off. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. That extra care really stood out. Overall, I honestly could not recommend this resort highly enough. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and an experience that feels truly special.
