"Breakfast: Breakfast was tasteless and not worth the stay. Night Staff: We found the night-shift staff to be quite uncooperative and dismissive when we approached them with requests. Restaurant Service: They got our order wrong twice in one sitting and most frustratingly, the servers expected us to "adjust" and eat the wrong food rather than providing what we actually ordered. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to manage the guest flow. There is a clear need for better training. "

"Was there for an overnight stay w/ my mom. The resort was beautiful & atmoshere serene. Wish i would've brought my swimsuit. The pool was huge & clean! Cleanest pool and grounds! The only 2 things I would change is the condition of the rooms. Not so bad. But not so good either. Need some updates. 2ndly, wish they offered driver accommodations. Our driver had to go on his own to find accommodations. Shower itself was refreshing. Tons of activities onsite. Will definitly be visiting again soon with kids & husband. "

"The property has nice rooms, a good pool and a reasonably fair restaurant. The approach road is not good, parking is not enough and some of the staff are indifferent. Their breakfast team was struggling to manage the guests. Our check in and check out experience was poor. They did not have complete info at check in - they said they have confirmation of only one room when we had booked two rooms. They found the 2nd room booking after a lot of effort. Someone parked their car blocking my car and our check out was delayed by 30 mins approx. People kept shouting in corridors even at late night. Washroom jet was too strong - potentially enough to create injury. Overall, we were not impressed "
