"Great, friendly staff who know how to properly treat their guests. Beautiful views from the restaurant, pool area and our room of Mount Etna. The full breakfast buffet was incredible. In the evenings/night it was absolutely quiet outside. We took the Interbus to/from Taormina bus station, for 1.90 euros. It stops right in front of Villa Sonia Hotel ! Castelmola is an interesting community with many shops and restaurants. We took the walking trail down to Taormina"

"It was centrally located and the rooftop was great for drinks/dinner the first night upon arrival. The rooftop has a great view of the city. We had drinks there several times during our stay. The breakfast was very good. One in our group needed dairy free/vegan. They were better than most places, and there was a section identified on the menu, but she thought the options were limited. Overall, a very good experience!"

"I really liked this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, pastries, yogurt, eggs to order. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Our train had problems, and we did not arrive in Syracusa till midnight. The hotel put us in touch with a cab driver who met us at the station, and the hotel staff checked us in late. They also helped arrange a boat tour around the island. The room was a good size, and comfortable and clean."

"The hotel was easy to find with Google Map. We managed to park our car for free at the ample parking (free) by the side of the road just outside the hotel. Check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious, with a balcony looking out to the front of the hotel. Decor was old-time elegant and everything worked well. Bed was comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. Breakfast was sufficient and served at a large, beautiful open area on the first floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. We walked easily...

"We had a delightful one-night stay at Villa Boscarino. The hotel is created within a classic old villa with lovely modern features. Gardens and pool tranquil. It's atop a hill in the modern area of Ragusa, but a short cab ride over to the historical Ragusa area for dinner. Parking was available for our rental car. Staff was so helpful, caring and genuinely kind. Loved Stephanie at the poolside. "
