Hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I had issues checking in but only because my flight into Qingdao was delayed and I arrived early the next morning (1am) but the gentleman at the front desk was able to fix my reservation and get me into a beautifully big room. Overall stay was good with only a few concerns/issues. Pros - The bathroom was large with a nice stand up shower with a separate bath tub. - The room was extremely roomy with plenty of extra space to feel at home....

Came here for business for 4 days. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. English is ok for most staff members. There is a currency exchange in the hotel. The pool facilities are cool. The breakfast buffet is ok - not bad but not great either. There are western and chinese choices and the staff is very helpful. The buffet gets 4 out 5 stars.
