Hotels in Malate

The hospitality of those who worked in there, starting from checking in until I left. That's Filipino hospitaly "par exellence" for me! And the facilities, the room, is second to none!

The room was excellent. Lot's of space and well equipped. The hot water was plentiful and the Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was very private and one of the best pools I have ever seen - it has tile along the bottom and sides. The location is good being a few minutes walk to the Robinson's mall. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a few days or more in Manila.

Location is accessible to everything.The staff are very polite and accommodating. Very good customer service.

Warm shower, good elevators, nice beds, good a/c, id stay here again. Its no 5 star but it was comoftable and everyone was very kind. The location isn't as bad as it may look. There's a convenient store just beneath the building, gym next door, 7 eleven on the next block. Worth it and for a good price.

Awesome staff!

Gave us a surprise mango cheesecake with heart shaped towels as decor for our 24th wedding anniversary and a surprise happy new year cupcake. Housekeeping the best! All the staff very friendly and helpful. Attention to details indeed. Thank you for making our stay like home. Oh yes, the basketball by the lobby - my husband loved it 🤗

Hotel staff are super friendly.

Our check in was great, security was informed of our late arrival. The room has all the basic amenities, clean and spacious with an excellent view of the Manila bay. We appreciate the big gallon of clean potable water ready to be consumed.

The hotel is well located in the Malate area of Manila, an interesting area with many dining and shopping options close by.

I was impressed that they will clean my room everyday. And will also provide soaps and shampoos and of course new towels. The bed is also nice and comfortable with clean pillows. The location is so close to a big mall where you can shop and eat. Plus all staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very large room with a nice bathroom, there's a small gym on the top floor with a very small pool that is 4 ft deep. 5 min walking distance to Robinson mall, near many restaurants and bars but still tucked away on the quiet side of the street.

Good view

I have stayed in other hotels in nicer areas, with more stars, but this hotel was a real pearl! I found the price to be good considering how clean and updated I thought the hotel was compared to others who had a different rating. I was impressed and very pleased. I am most impressed with the sincere friendliness of the staff. There was no rude professional attitude, only professionalism with friendliness and excellent hospitality.
