"Jose at check-in was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered. He gave us information on the historical significance of everything around the palace and helped us arrange transportation."
"Breakfast was a bit shambolic. Scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms and sausage for a cooked option is lacking somewhat. Even with such little hot selection it was rarely replenished meaning a wait. When the hotel is full, they'll never cope with thr size of the kitchen and the restaurant.
That was the only disappointing thinking. Other than that, a faultless stay. "
