Austin Marriott Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"This experience was magical! It was my 11 year wedding anniversary and when I first arrived and mentioned to host he offered 2 drinks on the house. Instantly we felt special, the room with the view of downtown bat bridge the river the pool perfection. The pool was the main draw for us once we got there Marriott had to make us feel special again with complimentary Cabana next to pool. The pool views the cool refreshing water the vibe was great drinks and a super impressed wife! My new favorite hotel."

Holiday Inn Austin -Town Lake by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"This is an older hotel, but it is clean, well maintained, our room was updated and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Our room wasn't ready on time so they comped us a couple of drinks even though we weren't upset. The bar has a decent selection, the bartender was friendly and knowleagable. The parking is free, which is rare as you get closer to downtown Austin. Nice location for walking along the small lake or renting a kayak on the weekends. Our 2nd stay here and we'll be back."
