"great hotel with very helpful staff."

"Good rooms, good service overall. Outside roads narrow.not easily walkable."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Kenilworth Hotel. There was a welcoming and helpful atmosphere from most of the staff; the rooms were large and comfortable; and the area was very central with shops and amenities nearby."

"My regular go to when I am koltaka, best location best food best place"

"I really was impressed with the JW. The rooms were new, beds comfortable, service was great in most areas like the breakfast area and the concierge. Very helpful and smooth business stay. Just the bar was lacking in service. Great place to stay in Kolkata. 25 min from the airport. My driver Ranjun was great and drove me around to various appointments for the day. He was excellent."

"One night in Kolkata before our flight home and wanted to treat ourselves. Fantastic service, all staff very helpful and accommodating, nothing way too much. Pool was quiet and relaxed and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice with local favourites and our waiter Aditya was amazing and arrange a lovely cake for use to take away. Will certainly be coming back. "

"The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again."

"Great stay! loved it overall especially the breakfast options."

"Great stay, staff and amenities were excellent. Convenient location in Bidhannagar- always got an uber in under 5 minutes."

"I appreciate the close proximity to the Kolkata airport. Easy enough to walk to it in about 10-15 minutes if you dont mind sweating a lot! The queen bed is very comfortable and I love the buffet breakfast, mostly Indian and delicious!"

"Although this place is pretty unremarkable, I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing. It’s OK, and that’s fine. The best part is the location. And if you are someone who likes to walk when travelling, this is a great place as a home base. "

"My first trip to this amazing bit of history"
