"I enjoyed a 1 night stopover. Convenient location to airport. 24 hr Shuttle service was excellent as plane was delayed so didnt need to worry sbout being late or missing the service. Breakfast also good. Would stay again."

If you miss the main entrance to the hotel reception can access from the side street by entering the car park where the ticket machine is and drive round to the car park located at the front."

"My wife & I have a new favourite hotel in Melbourne CBD, this is it.
The staff are wonderful, the room was spotless and the 180 degree city view was a game changer.
Being in the CBD, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars & theatres.

I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. But definitely want to give a big shout out to the fellow on the Reception. Once I got up to my room for whatever reason my combination lock on my suitcase would not unlock and I was getting quite upset as I couldn’t open it. Excellent place to stop for the night. It's close to some shopping, and only 15-20 minutes from the Melbourne airport.
The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and they offered complimentary access to the full gym and pool which is located right next to the hotel.
The hotels.com ad said breakfast was included in the rate. When I went to check out, the desk attendant told me that it is never included in the rate, but that they would honor the hotels.com ad. They held true to their word, and...
Our stay was transitional as we had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. We were offered an early check in which was great. Staff were friendly and offered suggestions on local area. The unit was perfect. Very clean and spacious. We would be interested in a longer term stay next time we are in Melbourne.

As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs.
Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.
