The Kinson is a beautiful place in a residential area of Melbourne. The staff is friendly and helpful and they let me check in a couple of hours before the check in time. My room was nicely furnished with all amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Bed was extremely comfy. Would have liked a trash can in the room (but that’s a minor point).

As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs. Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.

The service is at the hotel were great. The breakfast was incredible! I highly recommend this property
