"The property is well-maintained. I got upgraded to a one bedroom studio that has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and also a balcony. The room is spacious and the layout is practical. I plan to return next time when I visit the area again."

"I came down to watch the Sydney 500 V8supercars, same as last year . This motel is so convenient, as the track is a few minutes up the road, quick easy in and out with all the main arterial routes and highways near, Rooty Hills shopping centre fasts foods , service stations etc, Minchinbury Macca uo the road about 5 mins, very polite staff. Will stay here again next time I’m down here. Good racing and excellent spot for a motel. Cheers from Mikey."

"Good stay in fairly basic motel next to the Wagon Wheel Hotel. Has a nice pool. WiFi ok, good pool. Room and bathroom clean and reasonably spacious. Close to lots of food options. Convenient location. Very friendly. Would stay again. "

"I've stayed at the Mantea several times. It's geographically convenient to where I often need to go in the Hills district. The location - in a commercial area - means it's quiet at night, but also you need to drive to restaurants. Access was a bit tricky the first time - it's vehind a commercial development, but not a problem. I'll continue to return when I need accommodation in the Hills district. The manager is very friendly and welcoming. "
