Perfect location for getting around the city. Breakfast amazing and the service was top notch. We will stay again when we are in Melbourne so happy we found this little gem.
The Hotel Windsor was one best Hotels I ever stayed in. The Staff was fantastic anything you needed they were there for you. The Breakfast was also great!
Hotel staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Convenient location for my personal desire to be close to Chinatown, Bourke St. Mall and Her Majesty's Theater. Only small problems encountered was that I was not told that there is no room service on Sunday's & Holidays, but subsequently found out that it could be requested, and the king bed room I requested (prepaid) was not available and had to settle for a handicapped room (which I felt was equal to my original reservation request).

We were nervous about noise when we realised that the river view rooms overlooked the railway line as well but the bedrooms are double glazed and we slept just fine! The hotel is a great location for getting around on the free trams too. Staff are incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the internet which was incredibly slow for a major city. We’re from New Zealand but this won’t be an issue for locals.
Great shopping Centre’s just close by and the Village cinema next door was a highlight as well. Lovely bed and a super cozy environment. Had a lovely and pleasant stay at Novotel
Great location near all you need to see in Fitz Roy. Right in-between both weekend markets, at your door step was quite nice. Heaps of options for food and coffee - could eat every meal out for a week and a different place each time, without making a dent in all the options.
As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs.
Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.
The Kinson is a beautiful place in a residential area of Melbourne. The staff is friendly and helpful and they let me check in a couple of hours before the check in time. My room was nicely furnished with all amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel.
