"My wife & I have a new favourite hotel in Melbourne CBD, this is it. The staff are wonderful, the room was spotless and the 180 degree city view was a game changer. Being in the CBD, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars & theatres. We look forward to our next visit."

"Great hotel, great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Bed was extremely comfy. Would have liked a trash can in the room (but that’s a minor point)."

"This is a truly amazing hotel. Very close to Southern Cross Marvel Stadium Crown. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast is included in all rooms (Full breakfast). Room was small but more than adequate for our needs beds very good. Shower pressure could have been a bit better. Some better signage out the front would help."

"The hotel stuff were exceptionally amazing!!! Ww arrived to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday and they upgraded our room, brought a nice complementary cake and greet us in the most kind way. The day after, a surprise delivery came and even though they weren't suppose to do it, the gentleman at the desk, fixed it into our room and organized our balloons amazingly nice for the bday. This is what I call a great and most professional hospitality service!!!, thank you so much!!!"
