"I had the night before stayed at a 5/5 location and going to this hotel was a huge disappointment, the bed had a dent in the middle which made it felt like it would collapse, bathrooms were dirty and mouldy. I c"

"Breakfast menu was very basic. I was looking forward to poached eggs but only had cold scrambled eggs that had been sitting for some time. Couldn’t work the coffee machine asked staff who added water then after asking again she hadn’t fitted it possible. Asked where the saucers were to go with cup and she said they only provide them at the bar???? Coffee tasked like dish water had to ask for our table to be wiped and cleared before we could sit. "

"Not a 5 star hotel but clean, quiet, Wi-Fi good, walking distance to shops, staff helpful. The only faults I could find was that the bed was a bit hard and the sofa wasn't very comfortable."
