2 Star Hotels in Esquerra de l'Eixample

I loved staying there. Our rooms could have used more storage space, like a dresser. It would also been helpful if they had a laundry service or could refer us to one nearby. These are but minor tweaks. We loved the place and would recommend it to anyone.

It was an amazingly beautiful room. Very clean and we loved it. The staff at the Hotel California were amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for several nights at the Aslyp. From the very beginning we were greeted warmly and cordially. After 17h traveling, we messed up with the locked the door with the key inside and it required a lot of work. Ana and Robert handled it extremely professionally and I really appreciate it. For the rest of the stay, we couldn't have asked for more. This hotel was excellent. My room was extremely spacious and clean. They added a little touch with candy on the pillows and I appreciated it. The staff was excellent and friendly. After hours, I wanted to warm up some food and the assistant was so kind to warm up my food. Great location - near the metro and lots of places to eat. Would definitely go back!

I really think the deal was unbeatable at the time of my stay. I loved having the privacy of a top bunk "nest", the blackout curtains make all the difference when you're staying in a hostel with strangers. The bathroom is cleaned daily but bring your own towel or you have to rent one. There is ample storage space, bring a padlock with you for security. The wait time to get the keys for the room. It was two hours. Wait I’m calling back-and-forth then it took half an hour more to get the keys. The reasoning is that you have to do the check-in before you get there and you have to tell him what time you’re going to get there if I am traveling international for the first time towards Barcelona I have no clue what time I’m gonna get there and then I learned that when I call their phone number for Soporte communication in that way was bad the time to...

Booked single room with privatedl bathroom. Room is small but clean and bathroom is clean too. Check in staff are friendly and explained well how to enter the main building. They also have a common area for having free coffee and common fridge to store your food if any. The location is also very accessible with metro or from the Airport bus too. This Hostel was just Awesome... As a single traveler I had the best of experiences. Stuff where very helpful, cheerful.Really made you feel welcome. Hostel is in a great location walking distance to major transport spots like Metro and bus stations. Bar crawl and live shows are provided. Will definitely be back. the closesness to a less popular beach was great. Nice walk to the beach. Check in was nice. Room was awesome. Kind if had an odd vibe. But no complaints. Awesome hotel near beach.

thought it was closser to the airport but still ok. Used uber to move around. Closest train station is St Laurent. 12usd. from there you can visit all the blue coast. The breakfast was very good at the hotel. staff also very helpfull and nice. We wilm be back!

I didn't stay at this hotel. I was moved to Hotel Suizo for some reason. They gave me a free taxi ride there. Hotel Suizo is a three star hotel and was excellent including the staff. Exceeded my expectations. Also, the wifi worked perfectly and was super fast.
