"It was a great experience and staff great. Snacks and drinks were good"

"Convenient to go to the Bernabeo stadium ! Easy access to the city."

"The Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas is a beautiful, well-kept hotel featuring all the top amenities you could possibly need. As a solo traveler, I especially enjoyed relaxing by the fantastic outdoor pool area. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout my stay. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—everyone was exceptionally nice, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Very nice and clean hotel we stayed at with family. Nice location close to many eating establishments."

"Lovely flat. Sparklingly clean and well provisioned. The patio was private and the covered area was dry even after a serious rainstorm. Only negatives were a lack of a washing machine (if you were expecting one), a new-to-me remote check-in procedure that was all online, and needing to use your phone to unlock the building and room. Check-in/access all worked but if you lost your phone or it was out of charge you'd be stuck. Overall a 5-star stay."

"Habitación y baño amplios y muy limpios, el metro está bastante cerca. Hay también muchos sitios tanto para comer como supermercados cerca.Sitio ideal para pasar allí en fin de semana o varios días."

"Excellent friendly service. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms were kept tidy. Breakfast was generous. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center, but easily reachable with metro from the hotel. Several restaurants, bars and shopping options in the area. "

"Really good hotel. 30 minutes away from anything you want. Not a lot of options for breakfast but that's ok."

"Studio très propre et idéalement situé à côté d'une station de métro ai si que la patinoire. Parfait pour deux. Nous étions 3 et seulement 2 chaises et une table 2 places... Très bien équipé. Il manquerait juste un balai ou aspirateur. Il n'y avait qu'une balayette et une pèle donc pas évident de nettoyer le sol. "

"Great experience. Really clean and staff helpful. Value for money."

"This was our 5th time there. There’s no way we use another (unless it’s fully booked as happened to us this time on the beginning of our trip). It feels like home. We can rest very comfortably in the best beds with the best pillows (this is a must for us!). It has great access to public transportation and a it’s very short trip to the airport. Also, Silvia is always nice with us! She’s the best and we always look forward to be fortunate enough to cross paths with her. I will always be grateful...

"Easy Metro access. Coffee shops nearby. Neighborhood shops. Friendly & helpful."

"was centered to everything, restaurant in hotel and in the back of hotel were great, also a 5 min walk to train station and a mall. definitely a great place to stay"

"The location was very good to spend the weekend and the breakfast was super nice (with gluten free options)!!"

"Fantastic location. Very clean rooms."

"Looks like the photos. Had some issues getting in but that was because we didn’t follow the registration directions upon arriving. Great neighborhood family quite and really value for money."
