Nice hotel rooms are nice and clean.theres not much around the hotel . Theres a jimmy johns next door

We enjoyed our stay at Riverdale Inn! The innkeeper welcomed us to park in their parking lot early, so we could get out and see Jacksonville. The Riverwalk is only a few blocks away and is only a 2 mile walk to the downtown area. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The innkeeper, Eric, happily gave us feedback to our questions. In the morning, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, made to order by the chef! We would happily stay again! Many thanks!

Great

This hotel was very clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Not sure why we need to pay for parking since there is a large lot and 5 cars in it. Rooms are nice and the hotel is on the river walk.

We stayed here Valentine's Day weekend. The hotel was quite busy. We arrived at 2 pm and were told the room would not be ready until 3 pm (normal check-in time). The manager took my phone number and said she would call if it was ready earlier. We returned at 3:30 pm, the room was not ready and initially we were told it would be another 30-45 minutes. Ugh. The property was very nice and clean.

Every thing especially the lady at the front deck who checked me in she was very helpful

Staff was friendly and hotel was nice as well for a last minute extension to our spring break trip!

Everything was great. Noticed an issue with ants but they happily moved us to a different room that was great

Outstanding facility, friendly and professional staff, very reasonably priced and great location close to Jax airport.

Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.

I was immaculate as usual and peaceful off Philips hwy. I love the family oriented scenes and love they put in the hotel. Washer and dryer accessories to accommodate your needs even iron and board

Very good location quiet room comfortable bed very clean and safe

Great property!

We always stay at Hotel Indigo when we visit Jacksonville. The hotel is updated and modern, the area is quiet and safe, and there is so much shopping and dining within a 10 mile radius.

Customer service was excellent!

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.
