"Service was excellent, very helpful, and super friendly! Shoutout to Anca and Marco in particular. Excellent location as well for those wanting to visit the Vatican, Sant Angelo Castle, and enjoy the Prati neighborhood. Within a 5-minute walk of a metro and a bus station, so easy to reach every other part of the city with public transport. You can also get a taxi from there if you prefer."

"We only stayed one night, but the room was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and there were even 2 sinks in the bathroom! It was close to the Vatican, and close to the Castel Sant Angelo. I would definitely stay there again. "

I cannot say enough positive things about San Pietro Boutiques! A friend recommended it to us and I am SOOO glad she did. We really wanted a room away from the crowded touristy places but still convenient for walking (you do a LOT of that in Rome). We weren't concerned with having a pool, spa, restaurant, lobby, etc. There are too many good restaurants in Rome and waaayyy too much to see. This area was perfect! It was about a 5 minute walk to Vatican, short walk across bridge to old Rome, and...

A hidden gem air B&B with an affordable price.
The building is cross street of Vatican Museum, super clean & quiet. The mattress is supportable to my back, the bedding materials are comfortable touch feeling. Safe area in my point of view. Many good restaurants nearby. 7-8 mins walk to St. Peter square. Silvia is incredibly helpful, work with enthusiasm. Love her!
Highly recommend

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This is a GREAT bed and breakfast that offers fantastic customer service. Gianluca is an excellent host and the daily morning breakfast was the best we had in Italy.

Very clean place. Good space. Host even gave us snacks, coffee and tea. Was close to Vatican. Would have loved to have luggage storage before check in and after check out. Definitely worth coming back.

The apartment was brand new, polished and super clean. The location is excellent and close to the Vatican and charming inner streets. Bruno and Nathan were very responsive, always accessible, and super helpful. We felt we got a five-star treatment for an excellent price. Highly recommended.

Property and rooms were extremely tastefully appointed. The general manager was very, very accommodating. Located in perfect area. Within a few minutes walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. The “road” where hoel is located, is Pio Borgo, just for pedestrians, full with sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Perfect spot to be staying. Only problem was that when we arrived, the elevator was broken. While the staff was happy to carry our luggage up and down the 3 floors where are room was,...

We were honestly pretty surprised in a good way. The place felt very high-end, almost like a luxury setup, but still had that comfortable, home-like feeling. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the design had nice personalized details that made it feel more thoughtful and not just generic.
Even though there wasn’t any staff physically present, communication was still really smooth and consistent through messages, which made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, it gave that...

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Colonna Luxury Suites. Franco is a terrific host and very helpful with suggesting local restaurants, etc.
Our room was located on the second floor of an older condo building. The room had a modern feel; it was immaculate with a comfortable bed, safe and refrigerator.
Breakfast is served at a local cafe. We had the option of coffee and pastry or eggs, bacon and toast. Due to our 5:00am checkout, Franco suggested we use our breakfast tickets for an aperitif...

You really can't much closer to St. Peter's than this lovely, boutique hotel. Just 20 rooms, it's quiet, peaceful, charming and gracious, perfect for us, two retired adults. The room are spacious and super clean. Nearby restaurants abound. I would especially recommend "Da Romolo Alla Mole Adriana" tucked away at the end of Borgo.

The room had a small kitchen that allowed us to have some basic foods available between enjoying fantastic local restaurants. Stephan is a fantastic host. He helped us get from the airport to the hotel then sat with us marking a map of the many nearby attractions and his favorite restaurants. He was very helpful in making our visit to Rome memorable.

We loved it, the property was beautiful, clean, close to the metro, close to the Vatican, the manager GB was helpful and so nice. And the price, amazing. We stayed five girls in the two beds suite, two bathrooms, and open sofa in the living room. We cooked our breakfasts in the kitchen every morning, and bought all our groceries in the fantastic market nearby. We had so much fun and enjoyed every minute in this hotel.
